Dr. Lianne Chuck received her Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has received exceptional clinical training with internships at the Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Omni Eye Services. Her interests include contact lenses and ocular disease management. Dr. Chuck aims to provide patients with the best possible eye care that she can. Outside her work life she enjoys crafting, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Dr. Javeya Clark is a native of Monroeville, Alabama. She graduated magma cum laude from Auburn University where she obtained a bachelor’s of science degree in biomedical sciences. She continued her education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she received her doctorate of Optometry and graduated with honors receiving the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society Silver Medal and the Southern Council of Optometrist Clinical Excellence Award. As part of her clinical training, Dr. Clark completed internships at the Central Alabama Veterans Affairs Center and Georgia Eye Partners. Dr. Clark is excited to be joining the Atlanta Eye Group family. She finds so much joy in not only providing her patients with quality eye care but also creating a fun and positive experience for all! In her spare time, she enjoys working out, eating out with her husband, and chasing her two active toddlers.

Originally from Acworth, Dr. Tyler Bellack received his Bachelor of Science degree at Birmingham-Southern College and went on to earn his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has completed internship training at the Birmingham Veterans Association and various private practice settings. Outside of work Tyler is an avid car enthusiast; he likes to play video games, build computers, and spend time with friends and family.
