Optometric physician Disa Hashmi was raised in Memphis, TN and has recently relocated to Atlanta. She graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2012 and received her doctorate from the Southern College of Optometry in 2018. At SCO, she enjoyed volunteering with Remote Area Medical to provide free eye exams to under-served individuals. Dr. Hashmi practices primary eye care. She is skilled in routine eye examinations for glasses and contact lenses, treatment and management of ocular disease, and dry eye disease.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and hanging out with her dogs. She looks forward to serving the Atlanta community.
