Dr. Anisha Haji received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She has received outstanding clinical training and has particular interests in ocular disease management and contact lens fittings. She is currently a member of The Georgia Optometric Association, The Greater Atlanta Optometric Association and The Society of Professional Optometrists.
Dr. Haji was raised in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania and is fluent in 5 languages including Kiswahili, Urdu, Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Optometry is her passion! Dr. Haji loves the time she spends with her patients and her goal is to provide the best possible eye care to all. Outside her work life, Dr. Haji is highly engaged in her family’s non-profit organization, Gillani Volunteer Association, which works to alleviate local poverty and hunger by delivering meals to those who are less fortunate, elderly, homebound, or ill. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.
